She did not get the visa

She did not get the visa ...Yes the biometric information letter had a UCI number with a barcode.

The visa is not out yet, It says it's still in process.

Which means she has to pay for biometrics again.

She gave her biometric the first time she applied, which says it's valid for 10years.

I want to know if it indicates that, her application has been approved.

So I applied for TRV for my mother 3months ago, and she was refused. I applied for her again 3weeks ago, and I got biometric letter today.
