My primary office is CPC Sydney, my application has not moved at all and it seems it will be processed at CPC Sydney only. I was initially thinking that CPC Sydney only receives the application and after AOR assigns it to local offices, but it seems the primary office is the owner of my case...

Applied online on 17th Feb, received cards today in mailbox. No AOR or any communication.

It may or may not be. Raising a webform is always good. And if you want you can upload the pic and back of the pic in the webform .... although never heard of it still no harm.

That's what is my understanding too. But since my AOR is just 3 months old, I am hesitant to call. I have heard they don't even talk unless the application is older than current waiting time which is 15 months right now...
