Generally we do soft landing before (1-2 months) the copr expires. Once the soft landing is over, should we also move permanently before the copr expires??

Thank you for your response. I entered USA on F2 Visa and later got H1b. I did not go to India (not even a single time) after I came to USA so I have old expired stamping of F2 Visa but not H1B. So will I be eligible under AVR?

I got PPR on Nov-30th and sent my PP today. I work in USA on H1B visa which is valid till 2023 but I don't have stamping. So can I leave the USA for landing in CANADA to after I got my COPR and come back to USA under AVR (within 30 days) without stamping??

You no need to wait for the medicals.. you can submit anytime once you got an acknowledgement that they started reviewing your application. Getting pre arrival services letter is a positive indication that the chances of getting PR are more.
