The only way to get through is by emailing CPC Ottawa if you have a case specific inquiry. Calling CIC is quite useless and the rep i got to talk to (after trying for half an hour to get through and then another 40 mins of wait time) was awfully rude. But you can try nonetheless:18882422100

Hey i applied on the same date. have you heard back from them yet? I need to travel back home on the 30th of Nov because my brother is undergoing chemotherapy and my ticket was booked the day i found out which was 26th OCT but they haven't even requested my passport yet! this is all so stressful!
