I landed at Etobicoke office in Toronto, now I plan to move to Vancouver. May I apply the BC health card with my landing paper? And do I need to call Service Ontario office to cancel my OHIP first?

I have received the DM for inland spouse sponsorship on Sept. 20, but until today I am still not receiving the landing interview notice from Etobicoke... Is there someone also have the same situation? A little bit worried >.<

Thank you for your reply! I live in Toronto Downtown so I think the landing office should be Etobicoke.. I just wait so long >.<

I receive the both sides DM on September 20, 2017, now still waiting for the landing notice...is this too long?? I called the CIC and they said it will up to 7 weeks to finalize the landing appointment... Is there someone's timeline similar to me?
