    Thanks, and yes I was finally able to link it too! I had to call IRCC and they said in the #of persons in applications I had to put 3 instead of 2 (it includes me as the sponsor + both my parents). Once I did that I could link the application but there is no place to submit the police clearance...

    What details did you use to link it? I just get a message that application could not be found when I try linking it. Did your application number in top left of AoR begin with a F?

    The portal will let you submit the application even if you only attach just your dad's passport but your application will be missing documents as per the checklist and my guess is that it could be returned back to you as incomplete. I personally would just wait for your mom's passport to arrive...

    Are you sponsoring your grandparents too? You only need your parent's birth certificates if you are. If not then you just need your (sponsor's) birth certificate.
