Hi! It will not affect your application. Especially if you already passed medicals and got your pre-arrival (aka passed eligibility)

Yes, you have to submit same form to drop box under PR application. Try to do it ASAP

I assume you’re asking how long it takes an officer to check your additional documents. My answer is: same day (if you uploaded them right after a request)
