    TRY LINKING YOUR APPLICATION WITH PASSPORT NUMBER I TRIED THAT LAST NIGHT FOR MY WIFE AND WAS ABLE TO LINK IT AND IT SHOWS 75% APPLICATION COMPLETE

    I applied for my wife's spousal sponsorship from India due to covid in March 2020 I was able to link her file today on 12/9/2020. It shows that the bg check is in process. She is yet to receive her medical request and biometrics. Haven't received AOR either

    Hello, I have recently become a Canadian PR and arrived in Canada few weeks ago. I was just hoping to know when can I sponsor my parents? If my income is $100k a year and if I can apply after one year? Or, do I have to wait for minimum 3 years before applying for my parent's PR. THanks Smit

    Hello everyone, Got my PPR today in the morning, passport submitted. My timeline is mentioned in the signature. Didn't order GCMS or inquired anything. Just patiently waited. My estimated remaining time is still 8 days. I am sure everyone would get the good news soon.

    Marriage after AOR.

    I believe based on the information of your spouse, your CRS points would be re calculated and if the score holds above, same or to the point at which your ITA was issued, then they'd process it, if the score falls below the threshold when the ITA was issued, then you'd have to resubmit the file...

    Study Permit Extension - Advice

    Apply at least one month prior to May for your extension, which would give you enough time and you wouldn't have to stay inside Canada for 90 day grace period.
