I got a portal request on Dec 2, around 3 pm, replied in like 5 mins. It's been almost a week now, I didn't receive any credentials. Anyone in the same situation? What should I do? I already replied to that portal email 3 times. I just got the automated reply, no credentials.

That's an auto-response from AutoResponders installed on their servers. :) Try to visit VFS office and submit a letter mentioning every information you know and dont forget to tell them that it has been 2m onths and you got no response. Hopefully they will find your file and make a response.

Visited Delhi VFS Office yesterday and submitted a letter to get more information regarding my visa file. Let's see what happens now. I mentioned in that letter that my fine is under process from last 2 months. I hope they send a positive reply now :)
