    When does you college start? If you are from India. It will usually take 5 weeks but still if your class start at the end of the month you still got a chance.

    I applied mine at Mumbai VFS Mumbai then the file was forwarded to Bangalore VAC. My fine number ends with 49487.

    Yeah I got the same email. I applied on the 14th November and got this mail on 27th November. so I think that is quite normal
