    So, I called IRCC, got through an agent (after some waiting) . They mentioned that there was no address on my file (which is surprising), got my address updated . They should be mailing out the cards within a few weeks. Also, the agent mentioned that there is no way to track the Initial PR...

    Just to close the loop here, I mentioned multiple positions that I held at the same company in my application, It was accepted by the CIC. There were no issues.

    Answering the questions myself, just in case it helps someone else: A1 - I got the my Indian PCC from the Indian Embassy in the US, its a one day affair (couple of hours). A2 - I could apply for a PCC from the FBI online, they ship you the report within 2-3 weeks.
