    Dude you need to be ready with everything else and apply immediately. If you have a consultant, then go and sit on his head lol. There are no GIC timings. My girlfriend got it in a week. Can't really say.

    Hey Can you tell me when your course begins ? Winter or summer ? If it's winter, then you really need to hurry up with your GIC because that can take 3 weeks and any visa application post 1st December will be rejected. If it's in the summers, then you have ample time for your GIC.
