    I’m sorry to hear that :( why did they returned it? Yes, you should put not applicable on the co signer section/any sign section of co signer because it is not applicable for this case.

    Is your sponsor is your spouse or common-law partner? If yes, then you should leave it N/A. Co-signer is spouse or common-law partner, so if you are the spouse or common law partner then its not applicable
