I'm Oct 5th 2017 my Ecas says in process for PA and Sponsor .

Sometimes they do ask for RCMP criminal check with fingerprints ...depends on the country of origin or your actual status .

Did my medical on May1st ...my Ecas says medical received.

When did you get the email saying your OWP will not be processed if I may ask ?

App was received on Oct 5th,I sent an email to my Rep asking for any update...I know when he gets back to me ...hopefully by the end of the day .

We applied for inland spousal sponsorship Oct 2017 ,included in the app are restoration of status (since my visa extension renewal was refused )and OPW ...any idea of which one will be processed first ? Any input is much

To each his own experience...i was giving my opinion on my situation...either way it all depends on CIC for the final decision whether the use of a professional or not .Have a great day .

Like I said it's up to anyone...im happy you didn't need a consultant and got approved..each case is different and has its degree of complexity ..

Hi everyone...we applied for inland spousal sponsorship through an immigration consultant..application was sent beginning of October and delivers on the 6th...how long now to get an acknowledgement receipt from the VO.
