took 45 days to get ppr after getting pre arrival email

Same thing with me. It says background check in progress and decision made on Ecas. I got PPR last week and the passport is being processed in Singapore now. Hope to get the passport back soon

got PPR yesterday. my visa office is in Singapore. my wife is from Vietnam. we sent the passport yesterday as well. I submitted my application on September 20th, 2017. so about 9 months to get PPR. very stressful time but im glad its done. I think I will get COPR in a month or less. good luck...
