I had applied for the restoration of my worker status from the province of Saskatchewan, I have been denied the restoration due incomplete application, now i am planning to go to the states and apply from there, i was wondering whether i should apply for a work permit or restoration of status...

i just spoke to the officer at ircc and they accepted that it was a mistake at their end and they have reapplied for the restoration with a different officer, but i still have to wait for another 10 days before i can have a reply
