I don't think thre is any or at least not many, I think they are discriminiating againt males, I'm very certain becuase I know several girls from work who applied a year after I did and they already got their citizenship. I am seeing this pattern in many provinces, it cannot be an accident.

Great job my friend, I did the same thing and complained, you know what, if IRSS does whatever they want and lie or give BS answers to people and no one says anything then they will never get fixed. If more people question thier unprofessionalism they will have to improve.
