Yes, the correspondence they are referring to is the SA that came in the mail, mine said the said the same thing. I’m sure they mailed it out on August 13th :)

That happen with us too. It ended up coming in the mail. I kept thinking email but our SA came by Canada Post only. Don’t worry, it’s probably on it’s way ;)

The CIC website OWP processing time was updated today. Lol I check everyday ;) Paper 105 days Working on applications received on October 5, 2017.
