I am a student in Canada and I recently got Invitation to apply for Canadian PR from my previous credentials (back from my own country). I have a student GIC account with some CAD in ScotiaBank. Can I consider student GIC as a proof of fund for FSW application?

I got celpip scores R12 L11 S8 W7. Should I go for revaluation or re-test? I need 9 in S and W Or should I take IELTS?
