the letter I have doesn't include details such as working hours and duties. It only indicates the period. so is this letter can be counted?? or it's useless?!!

hi there, what is better for a foriegn dentist? is it passing the ndeb equivelancy process and get the liciense and then apply for immigration? or apply for express entery and then do all the exams when arriving to canada? please help i need an answer. which is the easiest route??
