    It says you already have a TRP, then you can use it to study. You cannot convert your visitors visa to a study permit. you will have to apply for a study permit in the country of your residence.

Friend's birthday might not be as strong purpose as visiting brother in california. so you can mention this one as your purpose. for ties bring employee verification letter...

    You will have to disclose the information at the time of your application. If the removal order was due to a criminal offense, then the chances of getting approval is zero. Best of luck

    Abu Dhabi does not process the visa for Iran. Only Ankara does for all kind of immigration applications

    It does not matter how many times you went to US as a tourist. If all your visits add up to six months of stay after you turned 18, you will have to get the PCC. For you case, I would send another LOE with the reply from FBI and see what they have to say. What do you mean by it did not show up...
