Yes i have 2 files in process now. I already checked with CIC agent before applying through express entry also.

You don't have to withdraw your file until decision is made. Once the decision is made then you can withdraw the file which is still pending for the decision. I already applied for express entry on oct2/2017. My medical a got passed for express entry with in 2 weeks
