I don't think there is much to be worried about. They seem to be extremely lenient with this program. If anything they will ask you to resubmit the form via Additional Document Request.

Extra what? I feel like the very definition of misrepresentation is withholding information or giving false information. In what I did, I did the opposite of those two in that I added genuine information. But I guess we'll see. Nothing can be done now.

Thanks for clarifying. Wish I knew before but in all the rush I felt this was the quickest option. I guess too late now. Hope it won't come back to bite me.

Thanks for the reply. My employer is a corporation. They don't issue personalized individual employment letters. Employees have to request from our online work portal. The signature is automated and I didn't mess with that. It's the same font and doesn't look like I added any false information...

Question re Employment history: I submitted the employment reference letter, up-to-date pay stubs, and t4 slips. I still work there. I got the letter by requesting it online from my work portal. The letter confirmed my employment and also had the signature, header etc. It did not have the number...

It would be politically devastating if the Conservatives cancelled this program (if they took the house) or any other program especially considering this program was tailored for "essential and healthcare workers" who were the heroes of the pandemic. Not saying it couldn't happen, but it would...

Do you think those of us who didn't pay would face delays? Do you think it's an issue that we didn't pay?

I really don't know how they do this? Won't IRCC be able to check Records of Employment or T4s with higher than usual incomes? This system seems totally honour based where people are usually reported or caught when they are randomly checked like that truck driver a few years ago.

TR to PR New pathway international graduates

Not saying this to be mean, but they will likely instantly reject all your applications except the 1st one. They still review the first one and see if you're eligible, if not you're SOL.

I submitted the employment reference letter from HR because my manager isn't allowed to give reference letter. We have to get it through our employment portal. My reference letter had everything except benefits and annual salary but I work an hourly minimum wage job. Also the signature was not...

IRCC's Twitter gives boilerplate answers to tweets. They don't craft individual replies to each question. The reply that the user got about not paying the fees in advance is standard as not all applications tell us to pay in advance. We are only expected to pay in advance the prompted to. If...

He even made a video telling people not to pay in advance, which he has removed now. That was totally f'd up cuz the main problem applicants had yesterday was processing the payments. He did have some useful information for first-time PR applicants. I've never applied for FSW or CEC so I had no...

New Policy for International Students - April 12th, 2021

I don't think so. As the chatty lawyer said, they will most likely just only work with the 40,000 people who applied. If an application is ineligible then they will reject, but they will still meet their 90,000 quota because so many people are applying with dependents

So did you recieve 2 e-mails of confirmation? Did you use the same payment recipient? If you did then you have take two spots, but only your FIRST submission will be processed, not the second one.
