Payment 26 September Documents received and under review 5 October Documents accepted and application in progress 10 October, due date of completion 30 October Final review 28 October Hopefully it's completed before the 30th

Me too Date of completion is the 30th but the status still says evaluation in progress... let's see what happens

I have called them before and I have been lucky in that the first time I called them I was on hold for 10 mins then it would be answered then the last 2 times it would immediately be answered as it rings

You are the one who sends the copy of the certificate to wes. Acca will send the transcript. They do not send the certificate that is your responsibility to send the copy. Its clearly stated by wes in the email they send you of what to send and how to send it.
