No you don't. Just send everything that is in the checklist, nothing more, nothing less. Do not omit anything on checklist, and do not send documents they haven't requested. The application requires you to tick a box, authorizing IRCC to access your tax information directly from Revenue Canada

Because all applications are individual. You can have several children, and apply for citizenship for some, all, or none. For PR application it is different, for citizenship, family ties is not relevant, so they would not need that information

You are applying for citizenship. Your child born in Canada is Canadian citizen by birth. IRCC is not interested in your child who is already a citizen

Just list your current SIN and select the option giving them authority to get your tax return from CRA. You don't need to send them the actual return

WHY?? People, if you want your application to be processed, read the instructions, and send EVERYTHING asked for on the check list. DO NOT send anything that they did not ask for! They have access to your income tax filings, the form ask you to give them authority to check it with revenue...
