my ECAS for PA shows Decision made on Dec 6th and received Pre Arrival letter too on the same day, waiting for PPR. What does it shows on ECAS on PA side for your application ?

Application received on Sep 23, 2019 No AOR yet ECAS shows nothing, but able to link my application to my account. Any one has similar situation and after how many days I will receive AOR once application can be linked to CIC account?
