totally agree with you. For me, it showed 2 weeks processing time, I am at the end of 8th week and nothing is clear.

I don't know about SOWP. But, in general, I cannot trust on the expected duration time tool of the CIC website too much. For me, it shows the expected duration time is 2 weeks. I am in the beginning of the 8th week, and still, I have to wait more... Also, the processing time tool updates weekly...

I I asked the embassy in Vienna, they told me you can send your passport to the nearest Canada vise center. You can send email to the embassy to become sure, they will inform you about it.
