Any body received letter from CIC saying he is qualified for Pre-Arrival Services? What should you do with this? What is the next step on the PR process and how long to wait?

If a dependent was above 22 years and not in continuous studies when the application was made can this render the other applicants inadmissible or only the dependent will be removed?

Any persons in the forum whose files were transferred to Dakar visa office? I haven`t heard on my parents` file since it was transferred to Dakar in August 2016. I applied in July 2011.
