Oh please update my information: We started processing your application on February 28, 2018. My issue login-in was that I have two last names and when I received my AOR they had my two last names this way XXXXX-XXXXX. Now I tried XXXXX XXXXX just in case and I could see the new status. :)

I double checked the information, tried different numbers (Application number, UCI, etc), I do it every day. It's on their end.

Good morning, as a routine I check my ECAS every morning, but today it shows the message "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided" Has this happened to any one of you? I've been in AOR since January 31 and still waiting for In Process. I'm freaking out a bit.
