I am getting very contradictory info on this forum, as people are submitting additional evidence/trips which occur after submission. I also called CIC and they said that nothing should be added to the file during its review. So, who is right and who is getting better chances, those who patiently...

CIC in Canada is not going to say anything, called them multiple times. one answer -file is in local office, we do not see any details on that, contact them. Local office do not respond either as they have a disclaimer that they will answer if your file is outside of processing time, which is 12...
