Yes it's possible to get invited with this CRS, but your education is not aligned with NOC 2174 you may find another NOC as they increase their list of NOCs acceptable.

It's OK to do course by course from any other designated organization, but if you go with WES you will need to send them your credentials from the university again. I would suggest continuing with IQAS if they don't ask you for more documents from your university, that might be faster than...

Yes I know that, but your experience AND education should be in the same NOC. Besides, they state it clearly in their in-demand list page ...

Software engineer is not in their in-demand list. So I'm afraid you are not eligible for now.

No, you are not eligible, they state clearly that education and experience should be under the same NOC. The CIPS does not have anything to do with SINP, so if they agree to somthing, it does not mean that it will be accepted by SINP.

No other test, you just need to fill their application which is "education + experience", as well as your reference letters from your employers "for the last 2 years is enough". and make sure you get your "course by course" assessment from WES, it's different from the normal WES assessment, you...

There is only an online ethics test which is very easy and you can take it again if you fail as many times as you need. You will need to assess your education certificates course by course by WES.

It is mandatory to have CISP or ISP to get nomination, but you can creat an EOI account without the license and once you get an ITA you have to apply for the license, SINP will hold your applicaton for up to 1 year untill you get the license and send it to them to get the nomination.

I'm not sure about changing the NOC before or after you get the invitation, furthermore, having a brother in other province will probably affect your SINP application.

Why did it become ineligible? If it just expired and you have a new EE profile (with the same NOC) then it's totally OK, you should contact SINP with the new profile details (EE number and job seeking code).

I think it is not that difficult, if the NOC stays in the list for more 5-6 months the cutoff should drop to around 65. As TheOnlyParth says, not all candidates have connections to the province.

The last draw cutoff dropped to 68 but they excluded our NOC from the draw, I guess there is a lot of applicants with NOC 2174, so the chances of getting ITA with scores such as 65 is not that great, at least in the next 2-3 draws.
