Apparently there is only guy in their Immigration Dept (or at least there was till a while back), sooo they are a bit slow in replying to EOI's. Moreover, they only reply back to people whose profiles match their current requirements.

Yes, Definitely! PEI should be one of the provinces that you should be willing to migrate to - in fact, its a safe choice to check all of them!

They don't publish any fixed criteria, so your best bet would be to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to PEI to start your PNP process. They will then get back to you if they consider you a suitable candidate.

They have been very slow with their replies in the last few months, after being very active in 2015 and 2016. Have you entered your details in the tracking spreadsheet? You can check out the other entries and timelines in there.

True, they also publish a range of 48,000-54,000... hope they increase it further in the coming years.

Haven't seen the exact numbers written anywhere. The 2017 PNP target for the whole of Canada was 51,000 - many of the bigger provinces did reveal their numbers to be around 5,000 each, but I would imagine PEI to have a smaller quota in relation to its size and population.

That does sound promising... I went through the old messages on this thread, and apparently PEI had reached their EE intake quota around this time last year. If they're still inviting people, there is always hope!
