Try saving it on your desktop first and open it from there. It should work. Good luck

Hi guys! I am just wondering how what are the tricks to link OWP. I have been trying for two weeks everyday but failed. My application was received Aug 31, AOR October 30. How long should I wait to be able to link my OWP? How can I know the status of my OWP application?

It is very important to use updated forms. My application was returned once among other things was one non updated form.
