Bring spouse to Canada, If I already have a PR
She is giving her IELTS exam, if she doesn't get CLB 9 above in all the sections then she would only score around 413, which is not enough. Is there any other way that I can at least bring her to Canada as dependent and then she can apply for PR or work permit while in Canada.- udbhav
