Four months thats pretty long. I have linked my spousal application on my online account, but i am not able to link my work permit UCI to my online account, any advise how to link ???

I have applied for open work permit along with my spousal sponsorship. I have received the UCI number and the application number for spousal sponsorship, but i have not received my OWP its been 9weeks since i have submitted. Can anyone help me or guide me how to go forward

I have submitted my OPW application along with my spousal sponsorship INLAND on the 25th September 2017. I have yet not received any confirmation or application number. Can anyone let me know how long does it takes to get the OPW or the authorization number
