What’s happening with OCI guys .... applied aug 8th and still waiting... online says documents printing under process ... I think people applied in August are getting delayed ... we no longer come under 4 to 6 week timelines that they say when we apply

My oci status on bls online says in transit from consulate to BLS Center . What does this mean .... my oci is done and I can expect my oci soon ? If so by when can I get it and can I go to bls to pick up... pls advise

I I didn’t receive my Corp although I received my cancelled passport ... but I submitted my original Corp ... hope they didn’t loose it

I applied oci on 8th and I my online status shows application processing at consulate general on bls website.. I am yet to receive my cancelled Indian passport .... can someone please let me know what will be next steps and by when I can receive my oci

It’s a new rule in place .... we can do both on same day at bls Brampton too. Once you surrender passport we get a receipt ... on same day we can use that receipt and file oci too .... some staff in bls don’t say this because they are ignorant ... but some staff do know this and they accept

I’m getting my Canadian passport in next 10 days ... can I start my oci process before receiving my Canadian passport or I need to have Canadian passport in hand before begin my OCI Application
