I totally understand. Everytime we send some updates to my parent's application we get that reply saying that my father/mother is not authorized. That's plain silly. But it's also distressing knowing that they are not updating information to our application.

Ready for Visa update I got email from CPC-O stating that they extended deadline for our passports submission to December 31.

Cannot submit passport within 30 days! Guys, I got PPR on Friday last week. Since my wife and daughter are away for vacation, we cannot submit our passports to CPC Ottawa within the given 30 days. Anyone with suggestions for us?

Cannot agree more. I was relatively calm for four months until recent profile updates.

Our star member @Vitesze had a similar situation if I am not mistaken. I guess it is just a matter of time before you get your well deserved PPR.
