I called them last Monday, my security check is also not yet started. I just don't know why they are not starting the process.

Just had a talk with an IRCC agent. Criminality - Passed Eligibility - Passed Security - Not yet started. Visa Office - Ottawa. AOR - 2nd April MEP - 10th April IP2 - 9th August. Guys, do you have any idea why they are talking so much time to start the security.

Well I cant speculate on that but it looks like 120-140 days for single applicants is the norm now. Btw I have applied from UAE so mine might take even more time then average.
