ok. CIC said we should ask where issued the visa for confirmation. They don't have a guide to tell us what really to do from CIC, except contact VO or visa center and also not guaranteed would ok if on the border with the damaged COPR.

Got PPR today after DM at 2 days ago. HongKong VO Last year June 6, 2017 to today(March 8, 2018). 10 months!

A lot of Hong Kong applications in June 2017 are finally moving to DM status. For our case, it is still said reviewing additional docs and progressing background check, but we went to check online-services that said `DM`. Is this normal? what would happen on next?

Spouse application have to be married... or maybe if you in Canada would easier, living together for a very long time that IRCC could easy trust you(these is a very special case).
