hi everyone my friend is asked for pictures of specific moments.but she dont have it what should be done ? she did sent so many other proves thats clear to show wedding time etc. if she cant provide whats asked that means they will refuse or will they still look to the rest of proves ?

thats what i want to know like if i tell them myself instead of they finding out.will they still ban me ? :S
