hi Njeri, based on the tracker it seems they are 3 months behind schedule for FSW-Outland applications, with 80% being processed within 9 months as opposed to 6 months. a batch system would mean they would wait for a certain number of applications, then process all of them at once, noticed that...

i hope they batch it up for Nairobi soon, I will even buy mbuzi for that cohort:)

i think FSW-O Kenya must be running on a batch system, we probably don't have the numbers to justify significant resources at the LVO. I noticed batch issuance from my AOR whatsapp group for certain LVOs

hi @Deepi_911 we have the same NOC. your roles & responsibilities tend to cover more of the back office functions but still very much in line with 1113. did you proceed to accept?

why do I think our LVO is running a batch system and waiting for the number to get to about 10k:)

@danielgirma found out my file is at CIO, Sydney. It will be moved to LVO from there, so its a patience game, especially given how long it has taken @Mtunguyas at the LVO

i think Nairobi VO check in at the very final stage, all the comm i've received for ADRs have been from the Central Office

@danielgirma from what i understand the files are not transferred to the local visa offices until the very end, so all the communication has been from the central office in Ottawa

@danielgirma estimate is completeness check was done 06 DEC 17 i had ADR for US PCC & got two 60 day extensions, one on 06DEC17 & the other on 06FEB18 submitted US PCC on 12Feb18, so i'm guessing IP2? what stream are you in?
