Hello, My initial application was submitted June 20. We received biometric request just before the lockdown in India in March 2020 but were not able to complete them. Is there any way to move our file forward by fulfilling this step in some other way. Our file is at NDVO. Please help. Thanks

i have not received any biometric letter yet? When I called them, they said it is for biometrics. How can I get the biometrics done without the letter though? Since I was unable to link the account, they said they only send mail in that case?

@robertp I am June 20 applicant. Sponsored my parents from India. I got a letter saying I’m eligible to sponsor. On cic website it says DM for sponsor and in process for PR. It says they have sent a letter to our mailing address on March 6. We have not received anything yet. What should I do?
