I have tried all options . Just simple answer from them . Your application still under 12 month normal processing time . Hence they can't do anything . They advised call them after 12 months

Our application is also stuck with status application received starting Nov 13 Application received in mid Oct. Nov 13 AOR. From then there is no change in status. Seems like Brampton application has less priority in nova Scotia office
