We are in the same boat. Approved on Oct 24 and tracker hasn't been activated yet.

You can go to agencies such as Commissionaries(https://www.commissionaires.ca/en/national/home) and they will do it for you. It usually takes about a week to get the report and you can upload it as an additional doc. You can find the upload link somewhere in the forum. Good luck!
