And Ghost update usually indicates PPR is coming within a few days, weeks or a month. However, there are some who received the update and are still waiting 6 weeks on. It's unclear yet what this means in those cases.

I requested mine just before it was about to expire. It's not a good or a bad sign. It just means it's expired And cic are yet to decide either an extension or a medical red-do request.

Sorry to hear, such a long wait to endure. You are in Security screening? Hopefully it is nearing the end. They won't grant a medical extension until background/security are completed. So they will probably ask you to renew the medical when they are done and your PPR is near

The medical extension came in March, but they never uploaded it onto the system. So I had 'You do not need a medical' for 2 months.

'You passed the medical' before it was 'you do not need a medical, the change happened on wednesday

I have also seen a ghost update today. What's your AoR?
