I have rejected twice I come to know Canada is rejection high due to shortage of consular officers. So don't apply now wait till situation is get better.

No it's not like that newZealand is in my itenary since long time but my worries is my previous TRV refusal that's it, also Iam not applying with my entire family, i will left behind my my wife and new born son due to his health issue.

Thanks Bryanna, Now Canada out of my itenary I will never ever visit Canada in my life. I will visit country where V.O doing their job with full attention and fair. It's not like that if I am not going Canada I will die.
