Any idea.. when they will reopen

Hi I have created my profile in the Express entry last month under the NOC 2147 and 0131. CRS total score is 323.Meeting the criteria of OINP.Its almost a month but didn't get the invite. Please advise. Shall I delete and recreate again. Or wait for some more time. THanks
