What documents are you referring to when you say to check with CIC? they only ask for the passport information page and stamps to be uploaded. Also, how to check with CIC?

Thanks for the reply... I think I'm denied the visa, not because of any point that you mentioned (bills, over stay, misrepresentation), but for applying for the medicaid and getting accepted... I was totally eligible at that time for the program and didn't misrepresent any info.

I corrected the wording ;) And yes, I did declare in the application that I was denied a US tourism visa... Hope this is a good step.
