Received GCMS notes this week and looks like Eligibility status is for "Review Required" due to Statutory Question ( US Visa rejection). File was first reviewed by program assistant on 06/25 and then reviewed by Case Analyst at Montreal on 7/12. No updates since last called CIC agent on July...

I also found out that my VO is Montreal when i called CIC. AOR - June 10th MEP - June 25th Eligibility - "Under Review" as per CIC agent. Agent did not confirm if it is Recommended Pass or Review needed, just repeated saying "Under Review" GCMS Notes ordered Aug 3rd.

Does anybody know what is the Test Report Date shown on the Ielts result for Nov 11 . I was able to improve the IELTS score and wanted to update the Express entry profile with new score. Is it Nov 23rd ? The Online Test result doesn't give this detail.
