Hello I submitted my passport through Aramex first week of May,still there is no news from visa office. Aramex tracking shows only delivery report,says it delivered.how much time does it takes generally to get it back?

hi mine is still not transferred, I dont know why it is getting delay as I have submitted all required documents like medical, shedule A 20 days back. My file received on 28th Sep,and VO is London.
